One address, read by a real person. There is no form here on purpose — a form would store your message on our server, and we tell you everywhere that we keep nothing.
This is the message we most want to get. Bokki computes every tradition from real calendrical and astronomical data, so a wrong pillar, a wrong solar term, a wrong day-sign is a bug we can find and fix. Tell us the birth date, the birthplace and the page, and what you expected instead. Corrections are welcome, not unwelcome.
Bokki is written in 13 languages, and machine-smooth is not the same as natural. If a line sounds stiff, wrong, or accidentally rude in your language, send us the sentence and the page. Small wording fixes usually ship within days.
If you practice or study one of these traditions and we have described it inaccurately — a source, a method, a name, a boundary we should not have crossed — please write. We would rather be corrected by someone who knows than be confidently wrong in public.
Press, partnership, advertising, licensing, a takedown request, or just something you wanted to say. All of it comes to the same address.
Bokki is a very small team, so we will not promise a reply within a set number of hours. What we can promise is this: every message is read, and messages that need an answer get one.
What you send by email lives in our mailbox, not in Bokki — it is never added to the service, never tied to a profile, and never used for ads. Please do not send passwords or documents you would not want in an inbox. A birth date is fine if you are reporting a calculation, and we only need it long enough to reproduce the bug.
