Numerology — your life path

Your birth date reduces to one number, and that number carries a temperament.

How your Life Path number is calculated

Your Life Path number from your birth date alone, and — for any year you pick — your Personal Year number.

We reduce your birth month, day, and year separately by summing digits, add the three results, and reduce once more — the classic Pythagorean method. Numbers 11, 22, and 33 are master numbers and are never reduced further, at any step.

We don't compute name-based numbers (Expression, Soul Urge) — only your birth date feeds this reading. A Life Path number is a temperament, not a score, and it doesn't predict events.

How your Life Path number is calculated

Why do 11, 22, and 33 stay as two digits?

They're master numbers in Pythagorean numerology — the tradition treats them as already-whole, so unlike every other total, they're never reduced down to a single digit.

Does my Life Path number predict what will happen to me?

No — it describes a temperament, a lean, not an event. We don't attach a percentage or a guarantee to any number, and nothing here is medical, legal, or financial advice.
