Bokki calculates and interprets divination traditions from around the world — Saju, I Ching, astrology, tarot and more — following methods that are actually documented, not invented. It is free. There is no account, no sign-up and no payment. You can simply use it, and you can simply stop.

This is the part we most want you to read. Bokki is a mirror for reflection — not a prophecy, not advice, not a diagnosis. Nothing here can tell you what will happen, and nothing here stands in for a doctor, a lawyer, a financial professional or a therapist. If something in your life is heavy or urgent, please talk it through with someone qualified, and if you are in crisis, reach for a helpline near you. What you do with a reading is always your own choice.

Bokki is meant for ages 13 and up, the same as our privacy page says. If you are under 18, we would rather you read it beside someone who cares about you. We don’t knowingly collect anything from children.

Please don’t scrape or bulk-download the site, send automated or excessive requests, try to take apart or copy the engine, or do anything that disrupts the service for other people. That is the whole list. If you are building something that needs more than a browser, just write and ask us.

Three different things live here, and they are not the same. Our own work — the code, the interpretations, the design, the translations we made ourselves — belongs to betterforwhat and is not open source. The classical texts we draw on are old enough to belong to everyone. And whatever you enter — your birth date, your question, your notes — is yours: it stays on your device, and we claim no right to it.

Bokki is free because ads pay for it. That is the only way we earn anything. Ads are served by Google AdSense and its partners, so an ad you see is their content and not ours — we don’t write it, review it or vouch for what it sells. If you buy something from an advertiser, that is between you and them. What we do control is which categories we refuse (our privacy page lists them), and we never put an ad in front of your reading.

We work carefully on the calculations and we care about getting them right. Even so, Bokki is offered as it is: we can’t promise it will always be available, always be free of mistakes, or always fit your situation, and we may change or retire parts of it. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from your use of it. Since Bokki is free and asks nothing of you, please weigh what it says with your own judgement before you act on it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, where Bokki is made, and Korean courts are the ordinary place for disputes. That does not take away consumer rights you already hold where you live — if the law of your country of residence gives you protections that cannot be signed away, you keep them. This English text is the version we write and maintain; the other languages are translations offered for convenience, and the English version governs if they ever disagree. If we change these terms we will update the date below, and continuing to use Bokki means the new version applies.
