Unpleasant to dream and awkward to look up — but in Korean tradition this is one of the strongest wealth dreams there is, second only to the pig.
Korean 해몽 turns this one completely around. 똥꿈 is read as a 길몽, an auspicious dream, and among wealth signs it stands beside the pig. The old reasoning is agricultural and unembarrassed: in a farming country, human and animal waste was fertiliser — the thing that made next year's harvest possible. Abundance began there. The tradition reads volume as scale, so the larger and more overwhelming the dream felt, the bigger the reading; and it reads contact as ownership, so being touched or covered by it is read more strongly than merely seeing it.

Why is a feces dream lucky in Korea?
Because in a farming society waste was fertiliser, and fertiliser was next year's food. The chain from waste to harvest to wealth is the whole reasoning, and it is stated plainly in the old books.
