This is the one that surprises people. In Korean tradition, dreaming of cash in hand is often read not as wealth arriving but as spending and worry — and losing it can be the luckier sign.
Korean 해몽 draws a sharp line between wealth and money. The great wealth dreams are symbols — the pig, feces, fire, blood — while cash itself, bills and coins in the hand, is read more often as 지출 and 근심: spending, obligation, small troubles and gossip. The old reasoning is almost a warning: do not mistake the weight of counting for the thing itself. That is why the tradition can read losing money, or giving it away, as the lighter and luckier version — something that needed to leave has left. The books do not fully agree here, and the size matters: a large sum is read as a large obligation, a few coins as a passing worry. Where the pig says abundance, the banknote says the ledger is on your mind.

Money dreams tend to come when something in you is quietly keeping accounts — what you owe, what you are owed, whether it balances. The tradition's turn here is almost kind: it refuses to let you mistake the counting for your worth, and reads the cash as the worry, not the person.
Doesn't dreaming of money mean I'll get rich?

Hangul words that are a one-syllable noun plus a case particle only count when no Hangul letter comes directly before them, because in that position they are usually the tail of a longer word rather than the word itself. On this list the rule applies to: 돈이 · 돈을
Latin-script words count at word boundaries only, so a longer word that merely happens to contain those letters does not count. The plural tails -s and -es are allowed, so a plural still counts as the same word.
Japanese and Han-character words have no space marking where a word ends, so they are still matched as plain substrings. We would rather say that than pretend the reader is cleverer than it is.
